TYPE OF FRANCHISE

We introduced 3 types of shop models for the convenience of Franchisee to select accordingly

1. KIOSK MODEL

A small, compact retail outlet designed for quick-service operations. The Kiosk Model is ideal for high-footfall locations such as busy roads, railway stations, airports, and commercial streets. With a low investment requirement and minimal staffing needs, it offers an excellent opportunity for entrepreneurs looking to start a profitable food business.

Size: Under 300 sq.ft, suitable for 2–3 staff members.

Franchise Fee: ₹3,00,000 + GST.
Royalty: 3.5% of total sales.

2. CAFÉ MODEL

A medium-sized retail space with indoor and outdoor seating, designed for quick-service restaurant operations. This model is suitable for high-traffic locations and provides a comfortable dining experience while maintaining efficient service.

Location: High-footfall areas such as rush roads, train stations, airports, and busy streets.
Size: Under 700 sq.ft, suitable for 4–6 staff members.
Purpose: Ideal for quick-service businesses.
Investment Cost: Approx. ₹25,00,000.
Franchise Fee: ₹4,00,000 + GST.
Royalty: 2.5% of total sales up to ₹8,00,000, 3% from ₹8,00,001 to ₹11,00,000, and 4% above ₹11,00,000.

3. RESTROCAFÉ MODEL

A premium large-format dining destination offering spacious indoor and outdoor seating, ample parking, and a relaxing ambience. Designed for families, gatherings, meetings, and premium dining experiences, this model supports a wider menu and enhanced customer experience.

Definition: A large-sized retail space with indoor and outdoor seating facilities.
Location: Areas with good parking facilities, preferably just outside crowded city centers, offering a pleasant ambience.
Size: Between 2,000–3,000 sq.ft, suitable for 10–14 staff members.
Purpose: Ideal for family dining, kids' play areas, outdoor meetings, couples, and premium café experiences.
Investment Cost: Approx. ₹50,00,000.
Franchise Fee: ₹6,00,000 + GST.
Royalty: 2% + GST on sales up to ₹12,00,000 and 3% + GST on sales above ₹12,00,000.
Breakeven Target: Around ₹16,00,000 monthly sales (approx. ₹40,000/day average).

Franchisor Obligations

What We Provide

Training

The Franchisor will provide initial training for the Franchisee and key employees on operational standards, recipes, and hygiene protocols.

Support

Continuous support will be provided in the form of operational manuals, regular audits, and assistance with marketing strategies.

Operation Standards

The Franchisor will provide the staff, menu as well as other ingredients for running the shop smoothly within the agreement period.

Social Media Advertisement

The social media pages for the Spinners café will be handled by the franchisor itself and will have only a single page (not allowed to form separate pages for each shop).
Social media maintaining fee: 5000 for Kiosk, 6000 for Café, and 7000 for Restro Café.

Location Confirmation

Location Confirmation: Shop location, water connection, three-phase connectivity, waste management, etc., should be arranged by the franchisee in coordination with the franchisor.

License and Documents

License and Documents: The shop license, food safety license, and other shop documents should be carried out by the franchisee.

Preparation Standards

Preparation standards: The colour code of the shop, tiles, ACP and the other interior elements such as table, chair, signboards, Camera, Music, kitchen floor tap etc., must be approved by the franchisor before purchase or installation.

Operational Standards

Operational Standards: The Franchisee agrees to maintain hygiene, quality, and service standards as specified by the Franchisor. Any change in serving or preparing the food item should be approved by the franchisor.
